The guide messaged me 2 hours before the tour telling me we were the only ones booked on the tour and asking if we wanted to change our day and time…we were already on our way down there so by the time I got the email it was 5:30 and we were AT the meeting spot. I emailed her back saying we were already there and got no reply….we waited until 6:15 but our guide never showed. Still waiting on a refund. What a waste of time…cost of uber…loss of money….

This is a scam. No one showed up to lead the tour and there was zero information about any alternative location or details given. I tried calling and I just got an automated robocall. I need a refund.

The witch house was closed! We walked there ourselves. The tour description was deceiving. We saw others at a tour before us complaining about how the house was closed. We tried to cancel and wouldn’t reimburse.they wanted to give us a different day, we are from Long Island!! Our daughter’s sweet 16 trip!! Disappointing

Steven was a great tour guide, very informative and very funny! Our tour was during Halloweekend and even though Salem was packed, it felt very personal and special. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to learn more about this important piece of Salem's history.

The man with the green torch (from party city) was very knowledgeable and very outgoing. He was very interactive with the group, which made it fun. My wife and I learned a lot while having a blast. We definitely will be back.
