I never did get it to download. Support tries to help. At first she kept rushing me like it was my fault I couldn’t get it working. She kept talking over me when I tried to ask a question or for her to slow down. Eventually she gave up and referred me to another help line. I’d already spent nearly 30 minutes talking to her. I just decided to go without it. They did try to call me back, but since there is no reception in Yosemite, I never got the call. I got an email that they are going to refund my money. Not happy about the experience at all.

The audio guide tour did not download correctly which I only discovered at the park where there is no cellular service so it was completely useless. We tried to listen to it on the way home, but since it is tied to your location it seems you can only use it in Yosemite. It was a complete waste of money. If you get it, be sure the tour downloads fully before you go (not just the app).

This app was too good and the narration was very much informative with very clear pronounciation. We understood the narration very easily and thats the best part of it. Hereafter this service will be my travel guide in future.

I read the reviews, most of them positive but you never really know until you have your own experience. Let-me-tell-you: it was the BEST $14.99 I have ever spent for an app.
We found it VERY helpful to highlight the must-sees for 1st time users and those returning after a long time…and to bypass what we didn’t feel we needed to see. With all the stops and starts it picked up right where it left off and knew exactly where we were. The info. shared was both educational and entertaining. It even helped us navi out of the park at nighttime.
Bravo! I will go to this site for any sightseeing future trip.

We loved this audio tour! Once you download it you can play it from anywhere in the park and it tells you where to stop for amazing views of the park. It even tells you which views are best for 1st time visitors versus those who've visited before. It worked for our family since we opted to take a few trips throught the week.

Only one day to check out the park and really liked the narrative and “must do” recommendations. Bit crowded making some stops difficult, but still worthwhile.

Downloaded it and it worked perfectly even without a cell signal on my android auto. Great tips. Plenty of warning on up coming turnouts. Well worth it!

The narrator was funny and informative: geology, history, culture, art, anything having to do with Yosemite was there. It worked beautifully in range of sites and did not repeat, though we ran into road construction traffiic
It works on your phone, wherever it is; on the trail or on the road. Just fine for handicapped folks limited to car travel.
