First of all, we arrived on location and the first thing they told our bus driver that they had to park in the external parking lot. Which would have meant we had to walk each time back and forth from the bus on the outside. Next is that we had a very bad experience with our tour guide for the ATV, no customer service received at all, just pure attitude and stringent gestures. We were there to have a good time which means if persons are chatting and laughing, that should be a problem. The way in which he address a member of the group, they ended up didn't do the tour. That was unacceptable.
Then there was lunchtime. We paid for lunch and was only told no drink was a part of the lunch package. This was not shared or explained prior to paying for the package or else we would have paid for same as well. It was very embarrassing for persons to be asking among themselves if there was juice. We reached out to the POC - Tatiana and we were told she would check on it and get to us. 90% of the group finished eating and to date, the POC did not return. We found her after and she stated she was busy with dispatch and forgot about us.
We waited for the dispatcher fo the go-cart for a while. Reached the go-cart area and the guides were not all accommodating either. Very stiff. This was not our first visit to Jamwest and this experience level to the last had decreased a lot.
It is recommended that better communication and care is given to all guest and not having some a priority that others. The guides need to be more accommodating and less of a stiff neck. Crack a joke or two for the group they are handling to feel comfy.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had , I traveled from California and my 2 girlfriends from Louisiana, we drove 3 hours in a van to get to this place.we were so excited to try all the sports, we spent $200 each just for the staff to be extremely rude and aggressive with us. The lady shoved the helmet on my head and laughed when I was visibly upset. I should have left then but wanted to be a good sport so my friends. A enjoy themselves.Then they kept yelling at us to get on an ATV and when it didn’t work they would rudely tell us to get off and get back in line. This happened twice. Then as I was the last person to get the ATV I was on 5 seconds just for them to tell me I don’t have the sense to drive because I’m going too slow, mind you this my first time and I wanted to make sure I got the concept before speeding or acting too confidently. I didn’t even have the chance to make a full circle. So he walks me back to the front and they only offered to refund me $20. Although I wasn’t going to do the other activities now that I saw how the staff were I’m not going to put my life in the hands of people that treats there guest this way. Everyone on our tour was visibly disappointed because of how rude and aggressive these people were. I ended sitting in our van and crying because of how violated, ripped off and embarrassed I was. I literally never leave reviews even when people are rude but this I hope I can spare someone the same experience. This was yesterday. I am out $180 just to sit in a car 3 hours away from my resort in Montego Bay and cry. I hope they read this and make changes. People travel way too far to experience that kind of customer service.

Wonderful time enjoy the combo. All day experience fun for the whole food . So many activities great for the entire family

I just did the ATV experience today and it was a complete disappointment. They required everyone to drive single file so you could never get any speed. I prepared by bringing a change of clothes and towels expecting what I’ve usually had during these rides. It was a complete bust. We go a little dusty because the trails are basically gravel paths. Pass on this adventure and find something else to do with your day.

The long 2 hr shuttle ride from montego bay resort and back that we weren't informed about...
We think because we were the only 3 that booked the driving experience activity they overlooked us.... they claimed to have "technical difficulties" with the vehicles... how are all 3 of the cars messed up. We did a safari tour that went onto the track wich made it very aware they just didnt feel liike cleanig all the goat poop off of the track....eventually they asked if we'd like to switch out for a different excursion even though this was theeee most expensive one by far so we just appreciated the full refund

Overall, the excursion was memorable and exciting!
The ATV ride was a lot of fun and there were plenty of moments to go full speed. The terrain varies and the views of the ocean were phenomenal. Safety was #1 and I really appreciated that. Bring a bandana though. It’s not on Viator as an item to bring.
The motor sports part was cool. The track was run down though and riddled with horse poo. There weren’t photos or GoPro as listed. It was a unique experience to let loose on the track that you can’t find just anywhere, so if you’re into going fast you’d enjoy it. I did.
The mineral bath was relaxing and in a serene area. Bring bug spray for the mosquitoes.
The food, gift shop (nice variety of items and they take credit cards), and staff were amazing! Overall it was a great excursion, except for the quoted time and bus ride.
It’s not 5 hours. I was picked up at 730a and got back to my hotel at 630p, so be prepared to be on the whim of other’s timing when you opt for hotel pick up. I would highly recommend your own transportation.
Another reason for the recommendation is I was inundated with music by the City Girls, Mulatto, and some others. There’s a time and place for music about eating ass, spitting on dicks, and eating pussy until you get lockjaw…….on a 1.5hr bus ride with strangers and people old enough to be my parents is not one of them.

Didnt like the wait for the horses. We should be able to do other things and stll have a place in line. We were under the impression that we booked everything but was told we only had two.

Craig was our guide and made us feel confident. He shared stories of the area and made us feel like family. I felt safe and cared for - something I will never forget.

We had an amazing time at JamWest and we did ATV riding, horseback riding and water tour, and zip lining, with kids and adults. We all had a fantastic time and that was made possible because we had THE BEST ATV tour hosts- Neil and Joseph, a great JamWest driver- Mr. Erwin, and an awesome horse ride guide, Jeremy. We will definitely be back to JamWest and can’t wait to experience it again!
