First time coming to Jam West Motorsports and it was a really fun experience. Went Zip lining and big shout outs to Ryan and Jase, they were really polite, funny and they took care of my family the whole way. Really good good folks, but our zipline experience was wayyy to long, like 3 hours long, because we had to wait on other groups and people to join us while we were doing the zipline tour. We also did the ATV tour but because we were told by a tour guide that we'd had time to ATV after the zipline, we followed through with that option and time ran out on us due to the zipline situation I explained earlier. We got there after 2pm and the ATV ride was about 20 mins, so practically we got done at 6pm, way past closing hours. Was a good experience but it could've been better.

I went to the water park & there was a worker there very friendly his name was Romaine he was there sitting talking to me while I was with my children in the water. gave me information about the place telling me about the different activities and the mineral water. very friendly man however it was all a cover up as I had my grey JBL speaker on the top of my towels in my bag and it’s now gone. I assumed it fell to the bottom of the bag when I grabbed towels to dry my children. When I Reached my hotel it was no where to be found. I wasn’t going to leave a review however my cousin already booked this place a few days after me and had him as a tour guide & he had the same exact speaker on a tour. Be very aware of the workers because they will clearly steal your stuff and smile in your face.

The staff that took us on our tours was great they ensured that we were safe and that we all learned the rules before doing any activity Marley was a great friend and staff💯

First: ATV was a blast
Second: cooled off with an amazing experience horseback riding, sea surfing with the horses
And finally: zip-line with Odesa and Jase was breathtaking.

We did Ziplining and ATV and it was AMAZING!! I went with Xxtra Fiyaaah on the Zipline and he was so energetic and very entertaining! I definitely would ask for him for Zipline! If you do ATV be sure to bring cash for tips. You make a stop along the trail to get water/drinks.

OMG the MOST fun!!! Zip lining through beautiful scenery! I was a bit nervous but Kemar and Ryan made me feel safe and I had a blast! ATV’ing was so fun and you get a chance to practice driving before you get in the road. Excellent experience! My friend and I did lunch on site - so delicious! Then to end the day with a mineral bath and aviary tour was the best ending to the excursion. Romaine was super knowledgeable and friendly; amazing customer service! Michael was also another person who helped us a lot! Kristina from the gift shop was super patient as my friend and I picked fun pictures to commemorate the day!

I had an amazing tour experience that was completely worth the cost. We did the ATV experience, went zip lining, and spent some time in the mineral bath. The whole experience was beautiful, and I would highly recommend it. The food was delicious!!! a I want to give a special shout out to Kemar and Ryan, who provided excellent customer service during the zip lining activity. They were not only helpful but also very entertaining. Romaine was also very knowledgeable about the minerals and their properties, which added to the experience. Overall, Michael provided excellent customer service throughout the tour.
