We sat in what was supposed to be the air conditioned lower level. The a/c was broken(?) so the tour was unbearably hot. It was 90+ outside and bright sunshine, so it was not really an option for us (2 very sun-sensitive people) to ride on top. Our driver had to stop and let someone off because she thought she might pass out from the heat.

Our tour guide Jolene was well informed, knowledgeable of Nashville and quite funny. She made the tour a very pleasant experience. Skeptical of her name however, given the city, stage name?? lol.

This was a great experience for my family. We knew nothing about Nashville, so the double decker tour was an awesome introduction to the area. Although the tour’s main route was broadway, our tour guide /host provided some information /highlights about surrounding cities that was worth a visit. Wish we had more time in our schedule to visit all the area had to offer, next time.

We had a great tour guide who first of all passed out sunscreen before we started. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. He easily answered whatever questions that came up. We were there June 14 for the 11:00 tour.
Also, the security guard at the station was very helpful and friendly. He sat down and talked to us for a few minutes while we waited to be picked up.
