Alessandro was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable and knew everyone at each stop. However, be sure to purchase tickets online for the Parco Archeologico della Neapolis at Siracusa in advance. When we were dropped off there, we did not know to purchase tickets in advance and the queue was 40 minutes.

Our driver and guide was the very wonderful Alessandro! He was extremely knowledgeable not just about the tour sites, but also about everything on the way there and back. He also had a very cool demeanor and was just very pleasant to be around!

Alessandro was an excellent guide. He is immensely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating.
The drive was long, but we were comfortable and he kept us entertained with information about the area we were driving through, the history of Sicily, and about other areas in Sicily.
It would have been nice to have a guided tour of the Neapolis Parco, but we knew the tour did not include this. We had a lovely, interesting walking tour of Ortigia. And as we knew, the time in Noto was self-guided, but Alessandro walked us to the main area and showed us around and made suggestions of what to tour. What with our taking a long time in each spot because there was so much to see, and stopping for photos (or to use a washroom), our tour was rather longer than advertised, but he never rushed us (he had a very long day). His English is very good, but I did have to ask him to repeat himself sometimes because I was sitting in the back seat.
I would just say that it was unfortunate that the Parco was 1/3 closed (not the fault of the tour guide or company) and that it’s a lot to try to fit in one day. That’s how much time we had and it was great, but if you can take more time, that would be better.

Wonderful amazing experience with Alessandro, wandering thru the streets of Ortigia and Noto. Having a guide like Alessandro made all the difference and we left with great memories of Sicily.
