Luis was courteous and very sweet. Traveling solo to Tulum for the first time and was very nervous about my ride from Tulum Airport to my hotel. Best part of Serendipity is that they are very good at communicating. Their prices are great too. Will definitely use them for all my transportation needs in Tulum!

This was easy, smooth, and enjoyable. Juan was on time and met us right where he said he would, stopped along the way when we needed to, and got us there safe and sound. We were going to book a return service through the hotel, but why not go with the one that brought you? So that's what we did and would use this company again. If you're concerned about getting from the airport, this is a great company, they made it all very easy.

Our experience in Tulum was absolutely insane on so many levels the only bit of peace and safety we truly experienced is with your company Serendipity. You responded so quickly and made so we got to and from location safety. Words will never be able to express the gratitude I have for this company. I'd give a million stars if I could. The vehicles were all clean and beautiful. The prices are extremely affordable and no hidden cost or fees.
