I visited Tulum for vacation with my friend and her mother, on our last day we stayed at a beach hotel and we decided to snorkel. I would say that this company does not limit your experience if you do not know how to swim. I do not know how to swim and the guides Alfredo and Nickolas made this an amazing experience. Alfredo was the one who got in the water with us and guided us, for the ones who did not have swimming experience he did use a orange floating device and at first I was very uncomfortable being in open water but he helped make the experience as comfortable as possible and at the end I did get used to it and just being able to see everything up close was breathtaking. I would honestly say that he did most of the work with that orange floating device, Alfredo went above and beyond!
Out of interest I started to ask Alfredo and Nickolas questions about the coral reef and they started to explain what harms the coral and helps protect the coral reef and the animals in general. The way they explained about how much time they spend cleaning the ocean and how protective they are about certain parts of the coral reef made this an even better experience knowing you are in hands of people who genuinely care about the living creatures and state of the coral reef. I thought it was so nice seeing the guides feed the animals. You can clearly see how much pride they take in their jobs! I would definitely recommend this company for snorkeling and especially the guides Nickolas and Alfredo!

My friends and I went for my bachelorette party on this tour. Our guides were absolutely fantastic and very accommodating. They showed us great views of the Mayan ruins from the ocean and where they took us to snorkel was magical. We saw a ton of sea turtles the day we were out and we also saw sting rays, tons of fish and the coral reef! 10/10 recommend! Great bang for your buck!

This tour was our favorite. We saw everything they said we might, corral, tropical fish, sting rays and most important - turtles. Our guides were friendly and very knowledgeable. My 14 year old granddaughter wanted to do it again as soon as we finished. Very worthwhile.

It was an excellent experience, in which you connect with the sea, enjoy an incredible view as you meet many turtles. The experience was worth living, without hesitation I would repeat it again.

The guide was great. He helped my wife out, as it was her first time snorkelling. We saw turtles, stingrays and a lot of colourful fish. I highly recommend this trip.

Fantastic experience! The company was very flexible and allowed us to change our booking to a later time when we had an issue getting to the meeting point. When we arrived we were the only two people on the tour, which meant the guide came snorkelling with us, and pointed out brightly coloured fish, coral and rays. The rays came really close! The highlight was literally as we jumped into the water, two sea turtles appeared as if to say welcome! They swam so close we could see their eyes and the detail on their shells and flippers. So cool. Highly recommend this trip- great value and plenty of time to explore the reef, plus a photo op in front of the Mayan Ruins.

A unique and unmatched experience, my children had an excellent time, everything was super fantastic, the colorful fish and the most beautiful turtles, the service was all professional 10/10.

The diving instructors were so friendly! They went a little bit overtime as well, as they allowed us to snorkel and go in the water a second time to see the turtles.
My favourite experience in Tulum! Do not miss out and be sure to check this company out. So affordable and totally worth it.

The boat takes you a few hundred meters from the shore and unexpectedly there is a huge reef full of fish. We were even able to caress rays that came to pick up the fish taken by the guide.
