We had an amazing week!
Our tour was planned well by Lenchada (thanks Alex). The itinerary and overnight locations they proposed were spot on for our expectations.
The price they offered was very competitive.
Email conversation during the planing process and during the tour was easy and super responsive.
Our guide Wilson Mutua did a wonderful job.
Whether it was setting the right priorities, spotting the animals (i.e. big five after 2 days) or dealing with any other of our requests - Wilson had the answer.
He gave us a great time and did the best he could to go far beyond what we had hoped for.
His timing and his driving skills were always great. Wilson told us a lot about the african landscape and wildlife. Even for changing a domestic flight Wilson stepped up and called the airline for us.
He just did the best job.
Bottom Line:
We would book Lenchada and Wilson Mutua any day of the week again.

The first thing I would say is if you’re open minded and have a go with the flow flexible persona, then I think you will have a nice time on this safari! And thanks to our guide WILSON for making this an easy solo travel experience that I will remember and always getting us the best view of the animals.
We saw so many amazing animals (4/5 of the big five!) and Wilson always helped us to get a good shot of the animals. I was truly blown away with seeing the elephants up close and also so many cute baby animals. Wilson was a very skilled driver (which you will come to super appreciate once you fully take in Kenyan roads). We did not get stuck once (writing this on the 5th night so I’ll cross my fingers for the last day haha) while Wilson was receiving calls/radio that other drivers were stuck frequently. I was particularly impressed with his driving in the dark skills and his driving on the Maasai Mara roads which are incredibly bumpy and rough it’s hard to explain you’ll have to see. Wilson was a hard worker and always went above to make the experience memorable and a bit more relaxing for example we stopped a lot for snack/drink or toilet which helped break up the really long drives. (As an aside if you’re wondering if you need to bring toilet paper in your purse I would say no although I always did just in case no matter where I travel, but definitley hand sanitizer as not all bathrooms had water or soap). Also the car was comfortable and I liked that you could stand up because the roof came up). Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and welcoming so you will feel at ease even if you’re there alone you’ll have plenty of time to socialize with others
All in all I feel good recommending this safari to those who are looking for their next interesting animal adventure!

Everything went great! Dennis our tour guide was fantastic. Was a bit nervous at first booking the tour back in the USA and finding the right company in Kenya. Once I was picked up in Nairobi, everything worked out perfectly. The budget accommodations were better than expected with private toilets in the tents and electricity.

I have to admit, the excitement of this trip continues to this day. It still feels incredibly exciting when we get in the Safari and witness many wild animals moving, sleeping and fighting less than two metres away from us.
Mr Evans was our guide and driver for the seven days. My boyfriend and I both agree that Mr Evans played a key role in making our trip a superb experience, Evans is a very experienced guide and was able to lead us to the various animals without any problems. During the seven days we saw lions, leopards, black rhinos, white rhinos, elephants, giraffes, hippos, baboons, monkeys, flamingos, zebras and a wide variety of deer and birds. On the penultimate day of the trip we were also surprised to see baby lions and lion families! They were less than a metre away from us, a moment I should remember for the rest of my life. From the beginning Alex helped us plan a perfect itinerary that gave us the opportunity to visit four national parks in one week, and Evans was very considerate of us during the trip, making us feel comfortable and enjoy our trip to Kenya. We felt that the amount of animals we could see in Kenya depended a lot on the experience of the guider. Therefore, if you are also planning to visit Kenya, we highly recommend Mr Evans and this tour company.

Communication, service and reliability as well as value for money was great!
I would definitively recommend the 6-Day Budget Safari, we did with Lenchada Safaris, to everyone who is interested in seeing many animals.

Kenya Africa with Lenchada Safari Tours What a truly amazing experience. Our six day safari from Maasai Mara to Lake Naivasha to Lake Nakuru Park to Amboseli Park was a time i will never forget. Full meals and accommodations were all provided without worries. It could not have been any smoother.
As for our guide Francis aka "Bush Man" this guy was truly exceptional. If you have the option make sure he goes to the top of your list for your guide. We saw the African big five by day four. He has many contacts inside the parks so you will not miss a thing. He always found a way to squeeze his vehicle into the group of trucks to get you a front row seat. From the ferocious lion to the beautiful butterfly he will not hesitate to stop for you to get your photos.
Thank you all for the trip of a lifetime.

Francis was such an amazing your guide! We saw all of the big 5 by day 4. What a dream come true! We feel so lucky to have seen such amazing things. Francis was a great tour guide. He was a good driver, which is extremely important when trying to get to the animals with so many other trucks fighting for views. He's also very knowledgeable and strategic. We saw all of the most famous animals of the savannah. Anyone reading, I highly recommend getting a camera with a very long lens. Perfect job! Thank you so much Francis.

Had a great time on the 6 day/ 5 night safari to Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli. Our guide Steve was a fun and cool guy. We did the budget package which met our lodging needs. Some of the drives can be long so bring snacks.

Lenchada Safaris was a very well organized and carefully planned 6 days great trip. My wife and I had an unforgettable life time great safaris trip. Our guide Solomon is the best in business extreme knowledgeable and accommodating and he is doing everything he can to make this a great memorable trip for you. We were able to see all the big five on this trip. For sure we will join Solomon and Lenchada again in the future for another great safaris trip probably during great migration season.
