Jose was an excellent host and guide who is passionate about his field and very knowledgeable. He was attentive to everyone in the group and made us all feel comfortable. The night hike was a highlight for me and although ordinarily would be quite scary I felt safe under Jose's lead. The lodges were clean and in great locations. All meals prepared were excellent.

The 4-day trip to Manu National Park with Jacker was wonderful, we were lucky that the group was quite small and we had so much time with the binoculars. The guide took a lot of time and was able to provide a lot of information about the animals and the surrounding area, so that without him we wouldn't have seen half as many animals. The highlight was the tapir lady called Natura, who lives near the 2nd lodge and likes to pick up apples.
Unfortunately, the 4-day trip only takes you to the cultural zone of the park and not quite as far into the jungle. If you want to see certain animals such as jaguars or otters, you have to book at least 7 days. You should be aware of this if you really want to see certain animals. Otherwise, 4 days are ideal for a shorter trip to the park, as you would otherwise spend a lot of time on the bus on a shorter trip and in my opinion it's not really worth it.

We had a great time with Jose as our guide. We stayed 4 days. The accommodation and food was great as well! Would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone who would like to experience the Amazon Rainforest.

The four day tour was really good! The organization in general was very good, the food was very good and always fresh, and above all the guide José, who is competent, expert and passionate about his work, transmitted his knowledge and passions to us with sympathy and patience. There are many animals and plants to discover and nature is queen. The icing on the cake is the young Natura tapira, who is the lodge's adorable mascot!

I want to recommend this tour, to visit the beautiful Peruvian jungle. It is a unique experience, where our guide José explains in detail about the flora and fauna. It transmits us knowledge and also respect for nature. The walks at night in Manu Park were impressive. The food is delicious and also for those who are vegetarians. We went at a time when it was not very hot, which was optimal. We took breaks so we could do the walks later. We saw interesting animals like banana spiders, owl butterflies, cock of the rocks, etc. I would have liked to see more things on the last day, even if the arrival in Cusco had been late. And the first Lodge needs to improve the mosquito nets, close them more. The rest is super!

Lodges are clean and well-kept. There was no hot water but we didn’t mind it as the weather was hot and humid. Food is delicious. Jose is a passionate and knowledgeable tour guide and was able to spot wildlife even in cloudy/rainy weather. We couldn’t see clay licks but swimming and fishing with Natura the resident tapir made up for it. The vibe of the tour is very chill with lots of free time, which I appreciated after finishing the Salkantay trek right before. Overall a memorable experience and I wish I had chosen a longer tour for more chance to see wildlife.

We had an excellent trip to Manu with our group. We were accompanied by an enthusiastic and very knowledgeable guide, José, who could give a detailed explanation about every plant and animal in the jungle. He took us on day trips and hikes and showed us the ins and outs of the jungle, while also leaving sufficient relaxation time. The adventurous accommodation suited the trip very well, and the good food and the other group members completed the package.

Great break away from the hustle and bustle of Cusco. The drive there is amazing, such beautiful scenery. You see many types of vegetation from cloud to lowelland rainforest
Our guide Jose was fun and informative. The food was nice and varied , and there was plenty to eat. The lodges were nice, each room had a bathroom and deck.
We saw lots of monkeys and a host of other animals. All in all, a good trip.
