Our Arab Bath experience was so relaxing and refreshing. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiling faces. We were escorted to the locker room where we were able to change into our bathing suits. Then we were led to the experience. We came a group of 4, so 2 of us started with our body scrub and massage while the other 2 stayed behind to enjoy the pool, hot tub sauna and tea. We then switched afterwards. I must say, this is truly an authentic experience that I highly recommend! You will leave feeling so relaxed!

No fresh towel given to dry self in shower
had to ask for shoes was told no but insisted. Then later see others have show covering
The shower was dirty. Clearly not cleaned after each client…walls were slimy.
I couldn’t wait to get out of there

From the moment we arrived until we left the whole experience was what we had hoped for, the staff were friendly and helpful and the 45 minute massage was a perfect way to unwind and relax.We will definitely return on our next visit to Palma

The Hamman al andalus Palma is located in a rather inconspicuous, small house on a similar street close to the old town in Palma. Overall, the bathroom is significantly smaller than the photos suggest and a majority of the images provided do not appear to have been taken there (or we didn't see it...). There are a total of three pools at 34°C, 37°C and one significantly cooler pool. The largest of the pools is the 34°C pool, the smallest is the cold pool, which only fits one person. The actual hammam with heated stone benches is also very small and was too hot for our standards. There is only a small pool of water and no navel stone. The treatments are carried out on the first floor. The kese (peeling) was ok, but anyone who has ever experienced a Turkish bathing ritual will be a bit disappointed. The subsequent massage is very relaxing and is tailored to the individual. There are tea, towels and toiletries. The staff is very nice and friendly. And although the hammam is very small, it doesn't get crowded because there are set bathing times that are better reserved in advance. There were a maximum of 6-8 people in the 2 hours we were there.

We loved our experience here. The staff, Ainhoa, Xisca, and Dani were so pleasant and personable. The wet sauna is a 10 out of 10, as were the pools and massage. It was the best way to spend a couple hours! And it's affordable, too! I highly recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. A very nice guy at reception to the lovely Hammam manageress who manages everything so professionally.
The cleanliness and everything is just beautiful. The pools are to die for with perfect temperatures
I would return in a heartbeat.

If you like a massage do not miss out on this place and make sure to pay the extra for the hedonic stone experience. This really is an amazing experience from start to finish. Well worth the money. Make sure to book in advance or it will be fully booked.
