The staff were on time to pick me up and also when I emailed them about the pick up location they emailed me back with 12 hours and confirmed my request.
Very great service from the tour guide, I believe her name was Katota. I’m sure I’m wrong lol

Amazing views of Mt Fuji and the Hakone region. Superb tour guide, would thoroughly recommend. Travelling solo was no bother, I made many new friends.

Our tour guide Izumi was absolutely phenomenal. She had everything planned out to a T! We have never laughed so much on a tour before and felt so well looked after. If I could give this 10 stars I would.

Yoshi, our tour guide, was wonderful! He shared a lot of information about Japan and had us do a simple origami for Mt. Fuji. I was happy with the whole tour experience and our only disappointment was not seeing Fuji due to the cloud cover. A perfect one day tour!

The tour included several interesting locations and staff made it a ver great experience.
Asako San was ver helpful through the booking process and our guide Kana San and drivers were very helpful, polite and friendly.
Definitely recommend booking tours with them. Looking forward for the next one.

This was an amazing day trip, a must do to see all the highlights including Mt Fuji. Our guide was so good, lots of information and some laughs along the way.

The tour was disappointing because May is rainy season in Japan and so we hardly were able to see anything. We did drive to the 5th station but could not see anything due to the rain, mist and terrible wind. We managed to go on the gondola. (Cable car) and had a nice view although it rained there as well. The guide was great but she had control over the weather and she did her best and helped us to return to Tokyo. It is a long day so don’t make any arrangements for the evening. The worst part is that TripAdvisor messed us up. They did not convey to us that the bus would not be returning to Tokyo and that we had to take the bullet train, which was an interesting ride but it caused us to pay extra for the return. We thought we were going to be returned to our hotel by bus. This is why I am giving an average star.

We went up to the 5th station cloudy foggy started out to be terrible, we could see anything was very disappointed. We had to leave , but come back down the mountain the clouds and fog lifted and you could see Mt. Fuji perfectly. Stunning beautiful big Mountain. Our tour guide was excellent, she was very knowledgeable interesting and had a good sense of humor. She taught us a few words and how to make Mt. Fuji out of paper. The rest of the day was great too.
