This experience was a lot of fun! Patricia gave us details about the full process of chocolate making, including cacao sources. The facility is very nice and the chocolate was delicious. We tasted white, milk, dark, and ruby chocolate, and cacao pulp. We then got to make milk chocolate bars and small dark chocolate pieces with lots of toppings. We were also fortunate to share a work station with a nice group so that made it even better. You will not regret this experience!

The workshop was fantastic - we got lots of information and background about how chocolate is made and got to taste some rare and interesting ingredients! The workshop was a good balance of teaching/demonstration and hands-on activities. We got to make some delicious treats to take home and we left with a great understanding of what makes good chocolate! Highly recommended.

Truly a wonderful experience. Enjoyed learning more about the chocolate making process and getting a chance to make our very own concoctions. The instructor was very knowledgeable.

Very unimpressed. The experience is sold as 1.5 hrs. For the first 20 mins they were checking people in. There was no welcome hot chocolate, at the end of the class you are told to stop by the shop and if you do you get a taste ( a sip) of hot chocolate. Elisabeth was very nice and funny and the presentation was informative but the setting was poor. 20+ people was stuffed in a small space standing for over an hour.
To be fair, our expectations were higher because we had done a similar experience in Switzerland at the museum of chocolate outside of Lucern and it was way richer and way more interactive experience for a similar price.

The one thing that I loved is that portion of the ticket price goes to support the cocoa farmers in developing counties so I did not mind the price ( although I think it’s overpriced for what it is)
