Hey, we had the opportunity to discover this park via HL tours with Fabricio on March 1st. Laughs and pleasure were there. The teams know how to relax us and set the mood. Excellent tacos. Magnificent cenotes. I recommend ++

My husband and I went to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico for a vacation. We had a great time. I must say that a first I was nervous of being in the woods and trying these new adventures for the first time, but our tour guide Victor was amazing. He had a great sense of humor through the adventures. I would definitely take another vacation to Mexico and do the adventures with the Mayan Extreme company. If anyone happens to get Victor as their tour guide, you’ll be in for a great time.

The operator messaged me the day before and said there was a glitch in their system. The tour I booked was not offered except in a 10 person private group. They tried to sell me a different tour and up charge. I asked the operator to cancel it was their error. I haven’t heard anything.

What an amazing experience! We were initially concerned about the weather upon arriving at the Mayan Extreme. However, our guide assured us the weather would not impact experience. Boy was he right!
We were greeted with a smile by our fabulous guide Orlando Sanchez. Orlando made this experience one for the books. He initially took us to a lagoon where we did our initial snorkel. Here we were able to test the equipment and make sure our next activity would be excellent. We moved on to the zip-lining adventure. Here we climbed 8 towers to the most thrilling zip-lining experience. The light drizzle of rain was the perfect weather for our zip-lining adventure. We then had a fabulous lunch with 2 of the others members in our group. We laughed and chatted and were able to connect with everyone in our group. Lastly, we moved on to the cave dive where we entered a beautiful (but cold water) cave. We swam into the cave and were surrounded by stalactites and stalagmites that we absolutely stunning. Orlando gave us a history lesson about the cave and was extremely knowledgeable about our surroundings. We stayed in the cave for approx. 45 mins and enjoyed the remarkable surroundings. This adventure was an overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend this excursion and if you go, you should request Orlando Sanchez as your guide.
