1. Uxmal
The archaeological zone of Uxmal, is known as the jewel of the Mayan culture, due to its architectural style, it differs greatly from other areas. Enjoy a guided tour led by a certified professional, discover why the city was so important in the region and the Mayan deity to whom they offered tribute. 8:30 a.m. | Pick up from your hotel in Merida 9:30 a.m. | Arrival Uxmal 9:40 a.m. | Start guided tour 11:40 a.m. | Guided tour ends and we go to our next
2. Cenotes Hacienda Mucuyche
Cenotes are rock formations, the result of limestone soil erosion by rain over thousands of years, as a result of this accumulation of groundwater, cenotes are formed. For the Mayans they represent life and a connection to the spiritual world and the underworld. On this tour, we will visit one of the cenotes that still preserve its natural structure and that modern human life has not affected its essence. We suggest not using sunscreen, body cream, or repellent, since we can damage the quality of the water in this oasis. During the tour, our guide will have insect repellent of natural and biodegradable origin. You just have to request it at the moment. 1:00 p.m. | Arrival at the Hacienda Cenote Mucuyche and instructions to access, we will have a historical tour of an Old Hacienda from the 17th century (25 minutes) 1:30 p.m. Historical tour begins 1:55 p.m. | We will allow time for participants to change into their bathing suit.
3. Cenote Azul
After taking a shower in the showers, we will proceed to take a life jacket, it is mandatory to use to enter the first cenote named CARLOTA, named after Empress Carlota & Emperor Maximilian of Austria, who visited Yucatan about 150 years ago. And the historians also say that it was at the Mucuyche Hacienda, where they took a few days off from their long journey, the emperors were so pleased that the Empress swam in this cenote that today bears her name. 2:00 p.m. | swimming duration in the first cenote 30 minutes 2:30 p.m. | We will swim with our guide until we reach an artificial river that will connect us to the second cenote. 3:00 p.m. | The tour of the artificial river ends, our next stop will be a dive into one of the cenotes with a very peculiar light phenomenon, when illuminated, the hue of the water remains a deep blue that will surprise the participants. 3:30 p.m. | Exit from the cenote.

Finally, after a visit to the second cenote, our tour of these oases ends with free time in the restaurant area of the hacienda. The food and beverage service is not included, the service is à la carte, you can enjoy the pool area, we will have 1.30 hours before leaving back to the city of Mérida. 5:30 p.m. | Return to Merida 6:30 p.m. | Arrival at the hotel area of the historic center of Mérida.

Excellent tour! The super attentive operators have been writing to confirm days before. The guide, Carlos, arrived super punctual. My boyfriend and I were in a van and Carlos was super cute and attentive, talking to us about everything and answering all our questions. Truly an excellent guide with a lot of experience 👌🏽
UXMAL awesome! We loved it even more than Chichen Itza and with much less people! Go during the week! We left 8:45am. And it gave us perfect weather! Some truly BEAUTIFUL ruins.
The hacienda is very beautiful and interesting and has a pool. But what is most worth it are the Hacienda Cenotes! Both beautiful! Especially the last one. AN STUNNING BEAUTY! It was my first time swimming in a closed cenote and it was incredible! One of the best experiences I have had. Very, very pretty!
Afterwards we ate at the hacienda. The food is delicious but it took a while. It is outdoors and the fans were of no use and we almost melted at 41 degrees but the Panchuchos were DELICIOUS!!!
In the end they dropped us off at the hotel and overall one of the best tours I've ever had! Super happy to have chosen them and we will definitely consider them for my future vacations in Merida!

PROS OF A PRIVATE TOUR: It can be more expensive but you can choose your hours and if you want to change or add something you just pay the difference, they still told us that if we wanted to eat somewhere else they could take us to eat somewhere else. 👌🏽

We had the best time! Gina was a wonderful tour guide. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and taught us all about the Mayan ruins at Uxmal. It was the highlight of our trip and Gina went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a good time. Would absolutely recommend to others.

We truly had an incredible experience today. Vicente was our tour guide for the day, he was spectacular-from being on time, very knowledgeable, spoke amazing English, was kind, respectful, trustworthy and made us feel safe. An excellent driver and very well educated. The tour itself was extremely enjoyable, we learned so much about the history and way of life. Highly recommend Vicente and Rutas Turisticas Yucatán.
