We used them from Brisbane Airport to our Hotel and thought the service was really good . We then booked a bus from Tangalooma Ferry Terminal via Brisbane airport to Burleigh Heads. After being given the wrong bus times on our booking we missed our bus and had to get a taxi to the airport. We were told that if we missed the bus to the Gold Coast , which was 2 hours earlier than what was on our booking , it was virtually our bad luck. I followed this up and emailed twice asking for a partial refund rather than a credit as we live interstate and have not heard back. Would never use them again.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this option to someone else. It was so much easier than arranging drop off's from friends or family or getting to the train station for the airtrain.

Con-X-ion were outstanding! I had a close connection with aircraft arrival time and the bus departure time from Brisbane airport. The flight was a little late, so I contacted Con-x-ion to advise. Michelle the receptionist contacted Brad the driver, and arranged a reversal in pick-up procedure by meeting International passengers first and then coming to the terminal.
Both Michelle ands Brad should be commended for their initiative and being a great asset to Con-X-ion. Thank you!

The bus was on time, I felt extremely safe and the driver was very competent, the vehicle was clean and the price for two from Surfers Paradise Transit Centre to Brisbane Airport return was a fair price. A+++++
