The Humantay lake is beautiful. However, the climbing is quite hard if you are not used to this attitude (4200 meters above the sea level).
Make sure the guide has an oxigen balloon with him. I would recommend to take this company, they include horses for the way up and hiking poles, it make the climbing much easier and pleasant, good service and good organization.
