What makes us unique is the fact that we are the only tour guides that operate in this area of El Yunque. We only do small groups in small vehicles. No huge 14-28 passenger busses. This tour visits a hidden, remote and “secret” part of El Yunque. This tour DOES NOT go to the “slides." This isn’t a touristy spot and you cannot find these places on your own. We almost certainly will be the only people in the area. This day trip is guaranteed to be the highlight of your entire stay in the island. Come with us to explore an off-the-beaten path trail. This hike is to areas in El Yunque that are quite virgin, meaning that human interaction in the area is minimal. El Yunque is a unique ecosystem, quite different from any other areas. This was a once in a lifetime tour, we ended up cling to another rainforest/river area as per our personal guide it was better based on the weather. We jumped off cliffs, climbed waterfalls and hiked through the jungle. Definitely a physically challenging experience.

We had a great experience on our tour. We were the only family so it felt we were getting a VIP tour. We got to experience a remote water fall in the Yunque which was very beautiful but challenging. Recommend you are in good shape if you sign up for this one. Our guide was very informative, kept us safe and ensured we were having a great time. Definitely would recommend this tour for anyone wanting a challenge and to experience the beauty of PR. PS - Gracias por el Pitorro. That sh@% was good!

It was definitely an "experience" We weren't quite sure what to expect. Sarah was great. She was experience and provided alot of the history. When we first met she explained what to expect for the day and how challenging it might be, but we had now idea. It was great and highly recommended. I would definitely encourage you all to have a disclaimer about what all is entailed and definitely the type of clothing and shoes to wear in preparation along with maybe a hiking experience level., ie beginner hiker, intermediate hiker, experience hiker). Although we were wearing tennis shoes the rocks were quite slippery after getting our shoes wet. Great experience overall. Thank you for your patience :-)

Wow, what an excellent tour with Brandon and Alexis. My girlfriend and I could not have asked for a better tour of Yunque with a little bit of adventure. The waterfalls and rainforest were beautiful and we always felt well taken care/ safe of with our guides. If I come back to PR, I would book a tour with them again!

This experience with Brendan and Sarah was the highlight of our trip to Puerto Rico. Brendan was on time in picking us up, his car was clean and comfortable. They were both super fun to be with. The experience in the rainforest was very special. Brendan supported us as needed during the hike making us feel very comfortable. We had different levels of abilities and Brendan figured that out and accommodated the various needs of our group. Being in such a remote spot was amazing - we felt like the only ones in the rainforest! It was a challenging hike but Brendan and Sarah made everything go smoothly, and for those of us who could do a little more, they brought them to a very special part of the forest. We stopped at a very fun and local place for lunch on the way home. It was a day that we won't forget and Brendan and Sarah were the perfect hosts for it.

We wanted a challenging and rigorous hike and that is exactly what we got. Our guide, Jesus, was great at picking out the perfect spot to begin our adventure. We climbed on rocks, swam through waterfalls, and made our way through parts of the forest. The views were breathtaking and the adrenaline rush kept us going the entire three hours of the journey. This was definitely one of the coolest things we have ever experienced.

I had a great time!!!! I haven’t hiked in 3 years so I was struggling a little bit but it was so worth it! Airam did a great job making me feel safe. He even bought me ice cream afterwards - it was so sweet 🥲 my favorite part was the swimming.

Absolutely fantastic tour. It was worth every penny. Highly recommend. I loved that it was a small group tour. Just 2 couples and the guide. We were transported in the guides car with Puerto Rican music pumping, windows down, feeling every twist and turn in the rural roads, the car ride was exhilarating and set the stage for an INTIMATE tour experience. It was the highlight of our mother (55 yr. old)/son (21 yr. old) trip to Puerto Rico. This was my son's spring break from college and we had so much fun on this tour and made amazing memories. The scenery was FANTASTIC, the hike was physically CHALLENGING and getting to the caves was a bit scary getting through the waterfall (the guide placed my hands and feet) but I would do it again in a heart beat. TIPS: do NOT wear sneakers, wear water shoes with socks (make the $20 investment, you won't be sorry), must have grippy soles and ties to make tight are best. It is muddy and slippery. The guide is kind, patient and a great picture taker :-). Guide supplies water and snack. You will have the opportunity to jump off a cliff into the water if that is your jam. My son did several jumps. We will NEVER forget this tour. Don't wait. Reserve your spot today.
