As a family who travels with a toddler, we thank ist shuttle port from the bottom of our hearts for their great service, we had a stress-free short trip in Istanbul. They’re professional and on time. We ordered 2 rides: from istanbul airport to the hotel and from hotel to the city. Both went well. They keep us updated on whatsapp all the time, we felt safe by that. My Driver came 30 minutes early to collect me as he checked the route at the time and realised there was severe traffic. He offered us water and the company sent us an upgraded car. The driver had to use the road with toll to get me to the airport on time he informed me and showed me the routes and times. I am very pleased with the service

The trip to the airport was flawless. The driver was right on time, got to the airport quickly, and dropped me at the exact gate. He cheerfully helped with my bags, and was delightful.

Highly recommended. Transfers booked from SAW airport to hotel in sultan ahmet. Price was transparent. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent and started before the trip. A confirmation message with all details was received 24 hrs before transfer to and from the airport. Arrived on time, drove safely and drivers polite.

Our experience with Istanbul Airport Shuttle I must say was beyond our expectations. At first we booked a sedan private car and we got upgraded to a Van: comfortable , with Wifi and TV.
But what made it outstanding is that I left my wallet in the Van and the the driver Mr. Kemal Okta was so kind to drop it at the hotel we were staying at.
As mentioned. The experience was excellent and the service also. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. We had a short 15 minute upon arrival at IST but this makes sense as they can’t park in a high traffic area until we can assure them we have arrived by presenting ourselves to their on the ground agent. For the return, they were right on time. Easy, smooth and reasonably priced transfers both ways! Good way to avoid the taxis which can be often out to scam tourists, or so we heard.
