We paid 1500egp per person for the first flight before sunrise. However, the whole transport was quite late. We were picked up at 4am but we lost time during ferry and the second bus so we flied after sunrise. We suppose to see sunrise during flying but it did not happen. We were late approx. 30mins. Besides, there are different level of flights but we were not informed about it. Some balloons went uo really high. Despite of the big delay, we did not go up enough.
The second problem was we were 7people family. They put us in 2different corner. We were almost the half of balloon capacity but we could not be together. How come?
I cannot say any negative comment about pilot and the staff. It is not their fault for sure. However, I do not recommend this tour agent. They do not follow their promises.

Fantastic experience. Valley of the kings view. Luxor/Karnak/Nile view. Smooth landing. The process to get started feel like total chaos, but they do this every day.

Amazing! Simply amazing !!!!!! Thank you, Gabriel and Crew, for this experience. I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish . I can't recall the Pilots name, but he did an excellent job with making us feel comfortable and explaining things. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Luxor.
