Amazing to visit the tower of London. Allow plenty of time we spent 2hrs but could have stayed a little longer. Crown Jewels a highlight.

This was a great experience.
I highly recommend it. There is so much to see and do. Get there early so you can enjoy everything.

Worst customer service ever! Couldn’t find the tour guide. Had no way to contact them except the app chat which they responded afterwards.

Beautifully maintained and presented. The Yeoman Warders are very helpful and enthusiastic! Excellent signing and lighting on all the artifacts . Plan at least two hours.

Brilliant , lots to see .
One negative was card only payment for water. I feel there should be easier access to water and shade on a hot day. There were a lot of young children distressed in the heat on the day we visited ,

This is a must do when visiting London get there as soon as it opens to avoid the queues and go straight to the Crown Jewels then the Tower where prisoners were kept, then anything else that has queue-arranging equipment out the front

As a Londoner, on Thursday 27 June at 11.30am, I had one of the best historical tours in London at the Tower of London. It given by Yeoman Warder D Hardy. He was amusing but very knowledgeable. The great thing is the Yeoman Warder tours are part of the entrance fee. With the Crown Jewels, Medieval Palace, Chapel of St Peter ad Vincula, just to name a few attractions all on site. The whole day was great value for money. Not to mention live re enactions telling the stories of some people associated with the Tower plus fantastic views of this part of London. Would visit again.
