The guide was a no show. We got to the meeting point 15 mins before the start time. We contacted Viator Support and got zero response. We called the company providing the tour and they said wait for 10 mins and someone will be there. Waited 10 mins no one showed. Tried calling the company again and no one answered. Waited another 10 mins and still no one showed. Called again and still no one answered. I messaged asking for our money back. I will find out in 3-5 business days if I have received the refund.
I got a message after all this saying they "never got our reservation!" And that we can jump in on a 2:30pm tour instead and get a partial refund! We had somewhere else to be.
