I booked tour 1 day before.
They did not pick me from hotel.
My 1 day was spoiled by them.
I called them 10 times to get an answer, they even did not know I was on tour list.
They do not reply via their whatsapp also.

Amazing experience
Well-done organization
From the 1st pick up time from our hotel Arabia 25 min till the marina that we moved with boat vesper 2 really amazing and beautiful boat and lovely craw
They have new equipments snorkling guide it was amazing
What it's make us shocked in the beginning,, when the accountant ask us for money extra 3 $ per person and tell us taxi but we refused to pay but later when operation manger call us and tell us it's the governmental taxes we had read it in our ticket but we forget about so it's our mistakes to focus in what is included and what is non included and also our misunderstanding from the accountant maybe because he doesn't say it correct

The trip itself was great but egyptians having 0 organization skills was terrible. Also, this happened: they took me and my boyfriend for a water sport ride and put us there without a life jacket! Then they drove with us too fast and we ended up in the sea. And my boyfriend doesnt swim. So i had to save him and while doing so, i started to drown myself. After they saved me as well, they blamed us for not taking life vests and they were repeatedly forcing us to do the water sport one more time?! I had to say NO 5 times before they took us back to the ship. The crew was a disaster.
