Easy to find in Salem. They have bathrooms at the wharf as well as drinks/snacks for purchase on board. Quick, fun way to get to Boston.

Took a day trip up to Salem from Boston. Since it was a beautiful day, we took the ferry. Relaxing, and much better than taking a train or bus!

We booked in advance to be sure we were secured a place. The ferry was not crowded. Jim was our guide. He gave us a ton of great information about the Boston shoreline and city. It was a great experience.
We took the shuttle to the visitor center which was a great idea. Then we could wander the city, which is VERY small. I’d highly encourage this if your able to walk the mile or so radius.

This is a great way to visit Salem
from Boston. You can pick up a trolley tour at the wharf or walk, most attractions are within walking distance. The weather wasn’t the best but the crew was friendly. Drinks and snack can be bought on board, or bring your own. It’s a 50 minute commute by ferry. A great way to see the coast
