Our guide, Erick was absolutely amazing. His knowledge and showing us the local areas was enlightening. He is a very charming man. He took us to areas that weren’t so touristy so we got to see a beautiful Santiago. The main spots like the palace, Santiago Castel, and other architectural wonders were great. The winery was awesome, our guide Bianca, so knowledgeable. We learned so much about the process. The vineyard is stunning. I would recommend this to anyone leaving the cruise ship and doing this tour towards the airport. It sure filled up the day when you are on a late flight. The restaurant Erick took us to for a taste of local was delicious. This tour sure made us want to come back to Santiago and see more.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We booked this private tour with MTO Tour Chile for Monday, Jan 22, the day our cruise ended. We were to go to a winery and tour the city and then be dropped off at the airport for our flight home. Sunday night at 6pm I received an e-mail from the tour operator cancelling our 9am pickup the next day as their car was inoperable. They left us stranded and as it was last minute we were unable to book with another company. They offered to reschedule???? We were going to an airport to go home. When would we reschedule for? Very unprofessional. Do NOT book any tour with MTO Tour Chile!

Commmunication was good. Disemarbation took an hour more than expected. Our driver/guide was patiently waiting for us. The Undurrago winery tour wonderful. The winery is beautiful. Will recommend it.
