The place is amazing, but the guide (Anastasia) was TERRIBLE.
We couldn't stop to see the most beautiful views of the place, when we asked him to do so he said he couldn't and that the agency didn't allow him to stop at the established viewpoints, but there were many buses doing the same thing (even buses from the same agency). Under pressure, he stopped at a single viewpoint, one from where he couldn't see much. We came to Meteora to see from the window of a bus the most beautiful views we have seen in a long time.
Also, upon arriving at the hotel, there were problems with the room delivery, she blamed the other passengers, she sent me to solve it and she left before knowing if I had my room or not.
He explained history, but he went around the bush and didn't close the story he was telling.
Very disappointing, ruined my visit. I would only tell you NOT to travel with Arti Tour if you want to take advantage of your trip.
