I would definitely recommend this temezcal experience. It was deeply transformational and I’m still experiencing the detoxification almost a week later. The shaman was incredibly connected and intuitive. Highly recommended!

This should be a mandatory experience for all human beings! Extremely beautiful, spiritually and physically- beneficial. I had entered the ceremony with a few physical problems and the Temezcal had alleviated it. Herman is a wise channel for Mother Earth, and we are fortunate to have experienced that gift.

German, our shaman, was absolutely incredible. The way that he carried our group was so intentional and with such love that I truly felt safe and well taken care of. Not to mention how powerful the healing was that I received from the temazcal itself.
