Helikan Travel kept canceling my reservation not once but twice!!
And I even looked up their own website and pricing was the same as on TripAdvisor and they tried to double their prices once the last attempt was made to even get on ride!! And they backed on even though I paid days in advance with credit card and paid cash the day of!! With out a refund and they still cancelled on me the second time they attempted to reschedule they were a no show!!!! Please do not bother to use them. Staff is not friendly and there is only one person in office and helicopter was old and door wouldn’t shut!! But they will take your money! This all happened June 2, 3,4of 2024

Best way of getting to Tulum by far, so much faster and you can't beat the views.
