No one showed up. Wasted journey , tour company said Viator cancelled it? No one informed us. 800 Mexican dollars in taxi fees. Very disappointing

This service does not understand English and completely ruined my experience to try a helicopter tour! They canceled on once, and then no showed on me the next day. And then on 3rd day ended up canceling tour and insisted for me to pay cash / and later informed me to double the payment amount!! When I pulled up their own website the price and fees were less that TripAdvisor even offered! But they expected me to pay double! I also paid days in advance as well. Very unprofessional and unreliable service

And claims this is a tour, when in reality it was no tour! And half the time they weren’t there they kept canceling on us after they took my money in advance

Super fun. Very friendly staff. Pilot was very professional. Great value. Beverages were offered and they took video of our flight for us at no additional charge.

We had a very nice helicopter flight. Since our hotel was in Playa del Carmen, we took the bus to the venue without any problems. Unfortunately, the flight had to be postponed twice due to maintenance on the helicopter. Communication via WhatsApp worked well.
The flight was a unique experience. The sun was already setting and we had a very beautiful sky. The flight lasted about 15 minutes in total and we were able to take pictures with the helicopter on the platform

It is a unique experience to be able to look at Cancun from above and contemplate the Caribbean Sea, it is well worth it. I highly recommend it.

Surprised my husband for his 60th birthday with a helicopter ride in Cancun! It was beautiful & amazing to see the coastline from the chopper. Hubby said it was the best present he’s ever had for his birthday! Thank you guys for making a special day AMAZING!!!

Turns out, they are also a backup medivac chopper for the hospital, so they canceled our flight due to a patient. But to make up for it, they gave us a flight a couple days later with only the 2 of us. And they dropped us off at the international airport with our luggage! So cool, our own personal flight to the airport! Saved us the 40 minute shuttle bus ride.

The day of the booking I was waiting at the Luxury Avenue Mall. Once 5PM arrived I wrote to the operator for being told that they had a "system" issue and they postponed the tour to the day after. This is unusual with Viator to have tour operator so disorganized.
