Skipping the crowds with time to fully appreciate the grandeur of the Doge's Palace/St Mark's Basilica was worth every penny. The guide was fantastic and the pace was perfect before all the crowds poured in. A lovely memory of Venice!

We had an early bird tour for 10 people and was able to see Dode Palace, but during the break, the 10 of us in our group heard the guide say we had one hour before going to the palace, and she took us to our meeting spot and left us and did not return. Therefore, we missed the Basilica part of the tour. She did not try to, make arrangements for us to get in just said so sorry and left us again. She later stated she told us 10 minutes instead of one hour. How do 10 people hear one hour? Viator was very good with responding to my complaint and sent us our 10 tickets, but neglected to tell us that we had to return to the Basilica promptly to use the tickets that same day . We assumed that they would be for the next day since we were so late for the entrance by then. We did not get to you use those tickets and we’re very disappointed especially with our guide and her no care attitude.
The first part tomorrow to the palace was very good.

Francesca our guide was a wealth of knowledge. An amazing tour of two amazing places. Historical art, architecture, and history made for lifelong memories. Even the teens were fully engaged and attentive. Bypassing the lines was well worth the price.

This tour was fantastic and due to our exceptional guide. We have forgotten her name but she was one of the best tour guides we have had and we have traveled all over the world. Very good to have early access ticket , guide made it interesting and we went at a good pace although in the palace at times it felt a little rushed and we weren’t able to visit all the rooms

Incredible experience! My wife and I were thrilled to have privileged access to the Doge's Palace, skipping the long line even though it was early in the morning. It was also spectacular to visit St. Mark's and be able to climb the terrace.
