The day was far too long, it was nearly 12 hours long and we travelled around 600km. We hadn’t realised it would be such a long way when we booked, had it been just my husband and myself it would have been ok but our 2 kids were shattered and didn’t enjoy it in the end. We didn’t know we had to pay for lockers and life vests at the cenote as it wasn’t on the ticket but cost us 400 Mexican pesos for a family of 4. I had to continually message the tour company to find out what time we were being picked up and on the way back I had to shout to the driver to stop as he was driving past our hotel, he had got the wrong one down despite picking us up. The sights were good but I wouldn’t book again.

We visited in one day Tulum ruins, Coba ruins, an amazing Cenote and Playa del Carmen.
Is a long day but is perfect if you want to spend one day exploring more than one place

This could be the best trip of all but it wasnt for my family! First , the time to enjoy Tulum is 30min, you can’t see anything because you have to walk a lot to the bus stop. Ok, but the worst part is that here it says you are taken to the wonderful Cenote Taak Bi Ha, but its not true, the guide not even knew about that. I paid a lot more for this trip just because of the cenote and we were taken to an ugly one, not interesting, I could have spent so much less with other agencies. They MUST edit the informations here and dont sell something they dont offer. It was a bad day in Cancun, unfortunately!

I liked everything, but a special the Mayan town and Playa del Carmen, it was very nice, magnificent and interesting!! my only recommendation would be that you enjoy everything, it is very beautiful to see this.
