Private Transfer to/from Cancun airport

Driver was not at the prescribed meeting place. We stood there for 30 minutes and then had to use another taxi service to get to our hotel. Later, we found out that the driver tried to text us to confirm that we were at the meeting place. Very odd that the taxi service would expect us to be at the meeting place before coming to meet us. They had all of our flight information and knew our plane had arrived. Suggest you go through your hotel to arrange for transportation when coming to Cancun to be sure you will be greeted upon arrival.

Never showed up to pick us up, never answered calls, never responded to chat. Picture is of my family in another transportation companies vehicle called Xelor, they wear purplish/pink shirts. The other pic is the confirmation of the airport transportation company telling me “meet them at the airport”. Will be disputing the charge,

They were great to work with! They communicated the day before and made sure everyone knew where and when pick up was. They warned us of potential scammers and gave the name of who was going to pick us up and the EXACT time they would arrive. There was an issue with the flight number I had on my booking and they were prompt and communicative to fix it. Great service! The drivers were not crazy drivers at all and very respectful. They didn't speak English, but it was a great way to practice our Spanish! Language wasn't really a barrier at all.

Local operator was really great - good communication and very friendly . They were on time and the transport was clean and reliable

Poor communication . Took 30mins- 1hour to find them after arriving at the airport. & Two different people telling different information. One told us pick up was at 12:30, and the other told us pick up was at 10:30.

The actual transportation was fine, five stars. The information in the itinerary details provided by Tripadvisor were awful, 1 star. Upon arriving in the Cancun taxi pick up area I called the number provided by Tripadvisor. This number was not working. After searching through the sea of taxi providers I did not find the one I needed. Eventually I was able to find a Tripacvisor phone number and reached someone who provided me with a phone number to contact and eventually I found my ride. However, providing the correct number would have been so much better.

Juan Carlos was super friendly, nice, and patient. He made sure we taken good care of and got us to our resort safely. The shuttle we were transferred in was super clean. I would definitely recommend this transportation company.if I could give him more stars I would!!

Shuttle was on time, communicated effectively and efficiently, instructions were clear and very accommodating. This is my second time using this company. Definitely recommend using this company for travel needs!

I have the best experience to and from the airport to my hotel room, wheelchair assist was a great. And we felt totally safe from start to finish
