I booked two tickets for adults to go from Ocho Rios to Montego Bay Airport. The bus that was supposed to pick me up at the Resort lobby never ever came. When I contacted your reps the one I called told she couldn’t get in touch with your operator because their phone lines were busy for 1 1/2 hrs.. The representative that was communicating the time I should be out at the lobby waiting for the bus when contacted didn’t respond until almost 45 mins. Her response was that the bus driver was out waiting at the front gate of the resort which was a lie because I have the security guard as my witness. The bus always comes to the hotel lobbies. No tour company makes tourist come out on the public street with any amount of luggage to pick them up. I will never use this service again because of fear of missing my flight that I was late for when I finally book a different Taxi to take me there. It is so embarrassing the way that tour representative Peter Gaye Richard’s lied to me as if the customers are stupid. I have the text she sent on my app. I hope I get my refund real soon.

The ride from the airport to the hotel was good and comfortable on the bus. The host was very friendly. The ride from the hotel to the airport was very good. The driver ( I think his name was Germaine) was professional and informative.

When you go to a foreign country you never know what exactly to expect.
Although the vehicle was a multi person van instead of a big bus, our transfers worked out perfectly with Elvis and Garfield doing a very safe drive with my precious family.
I also must give a shout out to Omar, our rep from Holiday Services LTD in Jamaica. He was helpful and knowledgeable and his transportation arrived at the times I requested. They were early on two occasions!

The driver Jesse was really nice. He pointed out all the different hotels along the way. Jesse got me to my host hotel safely.

Rolando was a fantastic knowledgeable driver!!!!!! I felt very safe given the others drivers terrible driving on the road. He even stopped me by Scotchies!!!! He was great!!!

As soon as I cleared customs the driver was there waiting for me. I got to Ocho Rios safely and in good time because there weren't many traffic on the road
