Stam was very engaging and a great teacher. The class was just the right pace with plenty of hands on learning. The dinner at the end, which we prepared, was delicious and fun with a beautiful view of the Acropolis.

This class exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the hands-on cooking experience, the opportunity to taste our dishes as we prepared them, and all the information and stories that Chef Spiros shared with us. The meal was one of the best we had during our 2 weeks in Greece. We opted for the optional wine pairing and definitely felt it was worth the added cost. Our one suggestion to fellow travelers would be to allow extra time to linger over your meal. You’ll want to savor every bite

Really enjoyed this class! Spiros was an engaging, fun chef who taught us everyday cooking tips as well as how to make the Greek dishes. Food was fresh and delicious! We were there with adults and teenagers and fun was had by all! Definitely recommend!

We had a fabulous time cooking with Stam. He was knowledgeable and so enthusiastic. He gave us Greek history and his own family stories along with teaching us the recipes. We had moussaka in other places in Greece but did not taste as good as the moussaka we made in class. The acropolis view was nice and it was nice to dine with other tourists from different countries.

Food we made was good. Especially liked the dessert and tzatziki. Liked learning helpful hints when making the spanakopita ( spinach pie)
A minus: We never received the recipes that were promised.

This cooking class was in an adorable cellar and the food was amazing. The dinner with a view of the acropolis was breath taking. Chef Spyros was very entertaining and helpful . Definitely recommend.

A truly lovely experience. Chef Tom was a charming host with just the right balance of culinary expertise, cultural knowledge and personality. Delicious traditional Greek food. My favorite evening in Athens!

Excellent cooking class! Our chef and teacher, Sam, was super knowledgeable and made the class fun. Nothing felt rushed and we took our time throughout the experience. Delicious recipes and enjoyed the company of everyone there.

We were walked through the history and the execution of creating an authentic Greek dinner. Our chef was very knowledgeable on food and greek history and was entertaining too. We spent almost 4 hours preparing and then eating our creations. We are now able to prepare a great greek feast when we return home. This is a must do when visiting Athens, we highly recommend this experience.

I loved my evening meeting new people and cooking classic Greek cuisine. As an avid, cook myself, I wasn’t sure what I would walk away with, however, I’ve learned a lot of tips and tricks that I will take back with me. The atmosphere was fun and relaxing definitely one of the highlights of my Greek vacation so far!
