This was the worst tour of our trip - a complete waste of time and did not come with ANYTHING PROMISED. I swear our tour guide was homeless and just someone who took our money and lectured us about his view on British history. Although we paid for a 4 hour private tour, we did not see the Abbey (guide claimed he couldn’t get skip the line tickets - despite the fact I booked this 3.5 months in advance - and said it wasn’t worth our time), we didn’t see the bourse guard or the changing of the guard and literally walked around for 2 hours just listening to a lecture with a smelly man who had showed no credentials. Also, despite numerous complaints, I have no received any credit. The absolute worst - NEVER AGAIN!!
