The day began in a very suave car. Water and air conditioning provided! Coffee stops and enjoyable company from the Youssef guide who shared about culture and history on the way to Fez . A local guide from Fez navigated the tour upon arrival to the city of Fez. Idrissi was friendly and kind and was also succinct in his presentation of knowledge about history of Fez which was necessary in the hot weather. The town was very charming ! Seeing the first university was a highlight and the stunning architecture and city panoramic views were just some of the delights. As a longtime vegan the restaurant was perfect for lunch with delicious vegan fair upon special request. A generous helping in a relaxing and tranquil ambience. I highly recommend this tour and the guides. You won’t be disappointed.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and was able to speak good English (not very common here). We were pleased with the views, the food, the cultural aspects, and the architecture. The medina was the highlight of the day. It's unbelievable how much goes on inside those tight alleys! The drive from and to Casablanca was a bit long, though.
