Our tour guide (Sue I think?) was exceptional. She really knew her art and could help us understand how the art evolved and what was notable/important about it. And she was funny. Highly recommend.

We still had to queue outside, in a smaller line than the regular one, but we had a great tour guide.
She gave us a lovely overview of the Duomo outside and inside.
This was very interesting, and I would recommend it to other travellers.

We were very unimpressed with this tour of the duomo. The tour started before the given tour time and the sound system head sets were very spotty and glitchy. As a result, we were not able to hear about half of what our guide said. Additionally, she did not seem very knowledgeable of the duomo itself and gave us a lot of random comments about restaurants in the area (but didn’t even name the names of the restaurants). The tour was very short, and the information shared did not seem connected to the duomo or was unclear. I would not recommend this tour to anyone and would not work with this company again on my future trip.

This is not really a “skip the line” tour. We still waited in line for 45 minutes. Still shorter than the line to enter for free, but the description should be changed to read “shorter line tour.”
