This was an amazing experience. I think just going through the Alhambra would not have been effective but Javier really brought the entire place alive. He was able to tie in the history, culture, and architecture wonderfully. I'll be honest, I was wary of booking the tour initially but think it was a great value. Javier was able to really hone in on important aspects of the history, put things in context. The way he bought together the history of Andalusia and connected it to things we'd seen in South Asia, Turkey, and North Africa was amazing. Allowed for breaks, photos, etc.

We took the guided tour with Luis and everything was perfect, he took care of buying the tickets and we didn't have to worry about anything, just enjoying ourselves.
He makes the visit very enjoyable and is always making sure you don't have any doubts about anything. Without a doubt, if I have to recommend a guide to the Alhambra, it is him!

We did this as a private tour and there were just our guide Luis, my wife and myself and it was excellent. Luis was very knowledgeable and being just the three of us we could ask lots of questions and also navigate around the many large groups. The Alhambra is amazing and is a must see for everyone. Couldn't recommend the site or this tour more highly

We have made the married visit with three children from 14 to 10 years old. We have been delighted.
First of all, very good and fast communication through WhatsApp to schedule the visit and purchase tickets.
As Luis told us, he has a degree in Art History, in addition to being from Granada. He knows every secret of the Alhambra and explains it excellently for both children and adults, if you want a more technical level.

Super recommended! We did the tour of the Alhambra on January 13th, the weather was good and the experience was spectacular. Luis is from Granada by birth, he knows the history of Granada and the Alhambra in a broad and intimate way. The visit flew by, he answered all our questions and without waiting in line thanks to going with a guide. It is worth taking this tour to take advantage of the time

Excellent guide. We hired him for the visit to the Alhambra and it was a total success. He made the visit enjoyable. We went with a 2 year old child and he was very patient with us. Kind, friendly and with great knowledge of everything. Without a doubt highly recommended.

Visiting Granada is a must if you travel to Spain. Searching IG I found Luis for his valuable content. I immediately get my bearings. He is organized, friendly, entertaining in each explanation with great historical knowledge. He is very punctual and professional. We were very happy with the majesty of the Alhambra and Luis takes special care to explain every detail. 100% recommended ! If you go through Granada you need a guide like Luis!
