Amazing journey to the waterfalls! 10/10 would recommend. Chefs kiss of a tour. Mitchell was so caring as a tour guide and loved by other tour guides which is a good sign. He gave us a great history of PR too in the car ride. We would say this is a highlight of our trip and not to miss it.

Fantastic tour! Andrea our tour guide was amazing. Knew so much about the area and was so attentive. Loved this tour and would definitely recommend if you like the outdoors, nature, and water. My son LOVED the natural water slide, jumping into the pool and swinging from the rope into the natural pool. Didn't want to leave! After Andrea suggested a great local restaurant and got us back to the cruise ship with plenty of time

Andres came to pick us up at the hotel and bring us right to the rainforest. He was super knowledgeable about the forest and its history. Made sure we were all safe and took care of our belongings and even got great pics/videos of us! After experiencing the rainforest he drove us to grab some delicious lunch:) then back to the hotel. Everything was perfect and felt very intimate, which was exactly what we were looking for. Couldn’t be happier with Andres and the excursion!

Our trip with Pablo was amazing! He picked us up from our Air B&B in a minivan. It was nice having a small group vs. the 40-50 people that showed up on school busses. The ride on the beautiful countryside is another part of the adventure. 😉
The rainforest is beautiful! Lots of amazing plants. No mosquitoes! You will need to do a bit of climbing to get to the slide but it’s well worth it and your guide will tell you exactly where to step. This is a great family adventure that is a must do when visiting.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this company and Pablo. He was calming, knowledgeable, thoughtful and ensured our safety. What a wonderful memory for our family!

This was the best part of our vacation!!! I cannot express the beauty we experienced on this excursion with words. Brian was amazing and had so much information about the island and mountain. He truly cares for what he does and made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!!! We will be back for sure.

Such a beautiful place…..one of the best things I’ve ever done in my life.Me and my wife were here on our honeymoon we are so happy we did this. Adriana was our guide she was amazing she showed us everything the flowers the plants and wildlife where to walk how to step how to jump and she got amazing pictures I highly recommended her and this tour especially with a smaller group.
Also the lunch spot at the beach was so good they will show you what to get to eat!

We were catered to beyond our expectations! We had an older lady in our group, and Andrés was the most amazing guide! We moved at a comfortable pace while he was her personal assistant to make sure she didn't fall. We had some members that did some more strenuous hiking and water slide while others hung out and relaxed in the water. Andrés was so knowledgeable throughout the tour and even gave us other recommendations for our trip. We are so glad we did this tour...especially after we saw the hordes of people coming in as we were leaving the trail. On top of the amazing tour, the restaurant we ate at, Edelweiss, was some of the best food we have ever had!

Carlos was our guide and we had an amazing experience. Pick up right at our Airbnb, he talked a lot about local culture and history. We got an early start and there were only 6 people in our group total. This made for a great outting as we were some of the first ones to arrive at the river and could take our time hiking up the rocks to the slide and cliff jumps. By the time the larger groups got there (some as many as 20 people), my kids had jumped 6 or 7 times. Carlos took us to a farmers stand in Luquillo (not the kiosks) that had the best food I've eaten while here and the amazing smoothies. There was another guide with a small group that also helped us on the hike and was very friendly. I'm not a very confident hiker but felt very safe going up to the higher pool with Carlos giving us great instructions and a strong hand when needed. He took pictures with his phone throughout and had water bottles so we didn't have to bring anything other than the life jackets that he provided. Another plus was that this company has an agreement with a local farmer to park on their land with trail access (avoiding a steep climb up that other groups had to do) and a place to rinse off the mud and change when we were finished. We left at 7 am and were back at our hotel a little after 1. Would highly recommend visiting El Yunque with this company and with Carlos especially.

Our family of four did this tour yesterday with Brian. We had the best day. The evening before, Brian contacted me with what to bring and set up our pick up time. Communication was excellent. It ended up being just our family for the tour. The ride there included information about Puerto Rico and general friendly conversation. When we arrived, we were given the opportunity to use the restroom (extremely clean, btw) and gave Brian our water to carry for us. Everything else was left in the car (i.e. towels, change of clothes, flip flops for after). Then we set off. The hike to the first location ... the pool where the cliff jumping and rope swing is) was moderately challenging. My youngest son (17) have some mild physical disabilities that affect his balance and found navigating some of the rocky terrain challenging, but doable. Brian was great at helping him. The hike to the slide is more challenging, so my younger son and I enjoyed relaxing in the water while Brian and my husband and older son did the slide. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The hike back seemed much easier to me and along both hikes, Brian pointed out plants and wildlife found in the rainforest. After returning to the car, we changed and headed to lunch in Luquillo. Lunch was amazing! Brian guided us on what he recommended. It was fantastic. Overall, this was a wonderful day for our family. I highly recommend this tour!
