The evening prior to our trip our guide Andrea confirmed all the details. She picked us up on time the day of our excursion. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 17 and 12 yo) had a blast! She was helpful and made suggestions to ensure we enjoyed the day. We loved the muddy hike and then summing, jumping, and sliding in the water. She took us to a great restaurant at Luquillo beach. We enjoyed our time with her and would highly recommend!

We had a very fun time with our guide Andres. This was more “active” than we thought, so if you do it be prepared to be climbing over rocks and sloshing through the mud. I was impressed Andres was able to help use get over some of the more challenging areas….without falling himself. Would definitely do again. Definitely an expensive excursion but also definitely worth it.

Andrea helped give my family the best excursion and experience we have had in Puerto Rico! Both of my kids raved about it and said it was their fav!!! Andrea was so accommodating to my entire family! She was so knowledgeable about the area and provided such cool information about the area! Definitely a must do!

They have unethical business practices that advertise “pick up from your accommodation” and within the 24 hour cancel period, they will text you that they do not pick up from certain locations. If they at least post “limited accommodation areas” on their advertising, it allows customers to plan better. Their false advertising did not allow me to cancel within 24 hours as they alert you of this the night before your tour starts…not enough time to cancel with their 24 hour rule, so they refuse to refund my money. DO NOT support businesses with false advertising as you only play into to their unethical business practices!

This was one of the best excursions we have ever done! Our guide Mitchel was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable, and kept our safety a top priority. Our group was glad that we chose the small group tour because it made the experience so much more enjoyable and customized to what we wanted to do. Mitchel even took pictures and videos for us along the way. After the hike and playing in the waterfalls, we stopped at Grandmas for lunch. The food was excellent. Mitchel then returned us to the Old San Juan area so that we could walk back easily to the cruise port.

We had an amazing time on our adventure with Adriana. She was an excellent and patient guide who tailored the experience to us and taught us about rainforest plants and Puerto Rican culture along the way! Highly recommend this tour for couples or families who want to have a fun and active day in nature. Note that the pickup is at 8 am so that you can get an early start before the crowds start to arrive, and wear shoes with traction that can get wet for walking/swimming in the river.

Andrea was a great tour guide. She was very accommodating and provided us with great recommendations for our stay on the island. She knew the rainforest history very well and kept us ahead of the bigger groups! 10/10
