The guides were very nice, but I wish we would´ve had more information about the buildings at the top of the mountain. Also, this is an extremely difficult hike.

The overall experience was great...but not everything was perfect. The climb was not that hard for us, however I would not advise the trip to people with young kids or who are not at least averagely fit. I would be satisfied with the experience, if only the description of the tour wasn't a straight up lie. The group was not max 15 people - it was around 3x of this size. I expected a semi-private trip and ended up in a crowd. Another important thing - flashlights were in fact not provided and many people had to hike in the darkness, which was truly dangerous. All in all - a good trip in reasonable price with some minor but noticeable drawbacks.

To be quite honest it was such a hard climb that it was difficult to appreciate the experience before you came down again. Today I am happy I did it, but in the moment it was awful - and we are two young, fit people, so it is not because we are in bad shape or anything. But a nice, holy experience after all.

I took many activities with sun tours Egypt. The price doesn’t really matter when the service its good! Its make everythings easier than try to find always the cheapest way!

Obviously there are always little things that can be improved but the personal are so nice try there best to give you a good experience you almost forget all this little things.

We did the super safari with buggy,
We did the diving, and we climb the mount Sinai.

If you accept the fact they work at the «Egyptian Time» everythings gonna be all right!! 😂😂

Really Thank you for everything and i will definitely recommend your agency around me!!

As soon as we booked our holiday to Egypt, we knew that climbing Mount Siani was something that we really wanted to tick off our bucket list and I'm so glad we did. Communication via WhatsApp 24hrs prior to pick up with pick up time being efficient on the day. We travelled around 3 hours via an air conditoned mini bus to the mountain itself, stopping multiple times for toilet breaks, opportunity to buy food/drinks from local shops as well as waiting for police convoy/escort to the mountain. Upon arrival we were provided with a flash light (it wasn't the best so if you have one, take one with you) and our group was assigned a bedouin guide who took us up the mountain. I'd like to say I'm quite a fit, healthy young individual but even I found this walk tough at times so be prepared it is not for the faint hearted. We stopped multiple times during the climb, again allowing the opportunity for toilet breaks, food + drinks (take toilet roll with you as it is unlikely there will be any in the toilets!). Once we reached the top of the mountain, we had some time to rest prior to walking up the final steps to the summit to watch the sunrise which was absolutely breathtaking!! You have plenty of time to take pictures but it is amazing how quickly the sun rises and the temperature begins to increase so pack suncream and maybe even a change of clothes for the descent. Overall this trip was great value for money & well worth the muscle ache the day after. Be prepared, it is a long day - get plenty of rest before hand as we got picked up at 21:25pm and arrived back at our hotel at 13:00pm the following day.

Absolutely amazing trip, the planning was great and all our guides were amazing and extremely attentive. The sunrise was like nothing I’ve experience and it made the trek more than worth it. The hike itself isn’t that bad to be honest and you should be fine if you pace yourself and have a reasonable fitness level. There was even an old grandma who did and all it took was some pacing. I met some good friends on the trip so that’s also a bonus. Definitely worth a go!!

The climb up and down the mountain was well timed and we'll thought-out with ample opportunity for pit stops and to pace yourself without feeling rushed. The tour guide knew his history and theology fairly well and gave informed guides of the monastery. The guide and driver were very accommodating and cared for everyone's enjoyment and well being.

Excursion NOT for everyone. We leave Sharm around 9pm, making several stops along the way for coffee, water, bath, etc. always escorted by at least two police vans. We arrive around one in the morning at a museum (open) where it is possible to purchase sacred images of Saint Catherine and many others. Continue towards the bus parking which is about 1 km from the climb up Mount Sinai. From here onwards another guide who accompanies you along the entire climb, 7km, made up of many hairpin bends all uphill, irregular with stones, dirt road, sharp stones, steps, in the dark, so bring with you a LED torch that lasts 3/4 hours of battery life or power bank. From here, at the start of the climb, it is possible to take a camel for a fee almost to the end of the climb. As you go up there are other points where there are other camels and the possibility of taking them. Always along the climb, there are various coffee shops where they sell drinks, water, coffee, tea and snacks, and some improvised bathrooms, places where the guide invites you to rest for a few minutes. You continue until even the camels can carry you, from here there are 750 steps, all irregular and of various heights and lengths, in some places even dangerous and steep. You get to the top where there are 4/5 little shops where they sell a bit of everything, even blankets for rent for three euros, and for those who arrived during the night also rest inside the hut. Another final effort 4/5 minutes more up the last steps to then reach the top of Mount Sinai. Here you can sit, take photos, videos and of course pray. Charismatic mystical magical place, you can find the adjective. To be done only if you are fit, trained and with a spirit of sacrifice. Definitely an indelible memory and experience for life.
