Avoid this seller. They rescheduled pick up time few hours before the trip which made me miss the tour.
I was ready at the pick up location and on time, nobody showed up

Excellent tour. Quebec City is beautiful. Our driver, Norman, was very kind and accommodating for my wife and I who have some trouble getting around. The guide we met in Quebec, Katia, was outstanding also. She was very knowledgeable about the history of Quebec and its impact on Canada. It was a very informative tour.

We know we had to see Quebec if we had come this far so took the day trip. It was a tight schedule, but provided all the highlights plus lots of history grace a M. Roget our tour guide of 58 years. It made appreciate what we were seeing more knowing the inside story. If you are looking for leisurely strolling, dining & shopping, best to do it solo as it’s only 2.5 hrs on your own which isn’t enough time ti even scratch the surface of what the city offers. We had a quick bite and browsed some shops in that timeframe. The bus leaves promptly so take the warnings seriously or you will be left behind!

The tour guide Katia and the bus driver Norman were extremely helpful and, funny and knowledgeable. They are fluent in English, French and Spanish and were very friendly and engaged in conversations with everyone. The tour was on time for all stops and the bus was comfortable for the ride.
I think it requires 2 days, not just 1, to visit everything in Qubec city but we enjoyed it and didnt feel that we were rushed.
The only thing I think they need to improve is to send you the pick up time from your hotel via a message as I had to call them to inquire about that.

It was a good experience. The round trip is a bit long, but there isn't much to do in terms of distance. The guided tour of the city is also a bit of a rush. the waterfalls are impressive and the free time in Quebec is enough to explore the historic area and get a good idea of the city's dynamics.

We had a good experience overall. Really great tour guide. As other reviews mention, the guide is only with you for about 2 hours. We enjoyed the walking tour portion in the city. We wished they gave more time at the falls, it was just 30 minutes, not enough time to even walk all the way to them and back. We didn't really enjoy the second part of the tour in the city, the upper part, it was a drive through a park and pointing out buildings. When the bus encountered traffic and detours, it arrived later than expected to our free time drop out point, but they didn't give us any extra time. (We said we'd get to Quebec at 2pm and have until 4:45pm. We got to our drop off at 2:15pm) I think they should cut the bus tour of the upper city to give more time at the falls and more free time in the city. They also should make announcements when people were talking while the guide was talking. Overall recommended but I'd probably look for other tours that give more time if I could redo it.

Certainly not being able to return to Quebec City with the group, after the photo stop at the Montmorency waterfalls, was not a pleasant thing. Unfortunately we asked the guide twice what time we should be there after the break, instead of asking the driver Norman directly. So the guide told us a time (1.45 instead of 12.45) and to reach the group we had to take a taxi. Strangely enough we immediately found a taxi driver who accompanied us. If you think about it badly it seemed like something done on purpose, but in any case we can only blame bad luck. Nothing to say about Norman: an excellent driver and he explained some very interesting things to us. Perhaps I would recommend stopping more at the waterfalls: we didn't run and we saw everything clearly.

The bus ride home was very hot. The air conditioning was not working properly. The local tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable.
