Very good time ! We saw all interestand places in Heraklin, you can get off where you want and the bus will be for you in half an hour

Couldn't even find the bus to get on it. The map says bus station but there is another company with hop on buses in the bus station. You should give direct instructions on how to find your buses? I couldn't walk my 75 year old mother around in the heat looking for a bus. I had to take her back to the hotel and miss the bus tour.

Quite nice if you want to see a bit of Heraklion in comfort. Unfortunately, there is very little information overall and we were annoyed by the often long waits for the next bus, as the announced departure times are only kept to a limited extent.

First off there are several hop on & off companies so it’s your responsibility to make sure you get on the right one. The stops for this one were very clearly labeled. But many people from other companies kept trying to get on.
What I loved about this one is there are two routes included in one bus ticket. One route goes around the city. We took it to Stop 9 - the palace then completed the route. Do the palace early as it gets hot and busy. Commentary was decent along the way & aligned fairly well with the points.
The second route goes to the beach so we were able to spend on afternoon relaxing.
Both routes went by the cruise port.

I have used many other hop on hop off buses in other cities. I found this one lacking. Firstly, the commentary between bus stops was minimal and didn’t give much information about the stops. It was mostly background music. The stops going to the beach were not frequent enough (the times not convenient) that we ended up taking a cab to the beach and back. Not recommended.

DO NOT USE CRETE HOP ON HOP OFF BUS, there are 3 companys so stay away from the Crete hop on bus , 1 route 40 mins shortage of buses had to walk back from the last stop as bus nowhere to be seen, advertised as 2 routes paid €20 each which was a total waste of time, when i complained the 2 horrible women in the kiosk just shrugged and said only red line was running and had the cheek to say we didnt have far to walk what a rude pair of witches , whatever you do STAY AWAY from the CRETE company

This is a scam!! The picture shows the the cruise ship beside the Hop on/off bus. The bus is actually 3 hours away from the cruise ship. Had to select one star to submit the review

Two stars only because I didn't have to walk!
I knew less about Crete after the tour than before!
Unfortunately not what you would expect from other cities. Really, no joke, something was mentioned about 10 times, whereas the first Google entry about Crete tells you more in three sentences.
On top of that, the driver couldn't match our ticket at first and we had an extremely long wait at the stop, as this seems to be the case quite often.
All in all, unfortunately not a recommendation!

It was easy to buy a ticket online. I could easily every bus station coz everywhere I could find special signed pointers. There were also workers at the bus station, drivers, of the company who were kind enough to explain everything properly. Especially I appreciate online support via WhatsApp from Jackie. Was kind, polite, and provided with all needed information in detail. Was a good vibes. I enjoyed the service. It's easy, fast, profitable. I could save a lot of time on the trip, and fast get to the main sightseeing. I could use the ticket for 2 days which is good. The driver kindly provided me with headphones and a map to listen to audioguide on the bus. Announced every stop.
