Aeroporto sporco con personale pessimo, maleducato, saccente, disorganizzato e assolutamente poco disponibile. Su un intero volo hanno misurato per ben 2 volte nel giro di 5 minuti, il mio bagaglio a mano (che risultava stare perfettamente nel modello di prova) nonostante abbia chiaramente comunicato alla seconda signorina del personale di terra che la sua collega accanto lo aveva misurato pochi minuti prima.. e non solo si è anche permessa di dirmi di stare calma ... ah quasi dimenticavo quando ho detto che con lo stesso bagaglio e viaggiando con la stessa compagnia aerea sono stata imbarcata a Malpensa senza alcun tipo di problema la risposta della stessa signorina, con tono di superbia e superiorità è stata che lì eravamo ad Heraklion ....SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE QUESTO AREOPORTO non ci tornerò mai più

Heraklion airport is disgusting. We had a fantastic holiday on Crete ruined by our airport experience. Departure area B toilets are disgusting, both men’s and women’s have overflowing bins of used toilet paper in the cubicles, hand dryers don’t work, cleanliness of toilets is non existent.
The whole departure area is full of flies, including the food area, there are not enough seats, so people forced to sit on filthy floors. There is no air conditioning so it’s unbearable hot.
My husband had no bites the whole holiday but after going through the airport he had bites on arrival home.
Be prepared is our advice and only use the toilets in an emergency.

Thanks so much for the super helpful driver who put music on for the kids and had cold water bottles for us! He brought 3 kids car seats which was a big ask, we couldn’t have been happier with the service!

Nikos provides excellent service! Great communication before arrival. On time, waiting for us at the airport. Luxury vehicle for all 9 of us including water and wifi. Niko himself is very friendly and very knowledgeable. He offered us many recommendations for the island. Don’t hesitate to book with him!

Nikos it's a very nice person, with a lots of advice and he knows a lot of places wich he recommends.A true cretan hospitality in one person.Also , the car was very , very good, top class.We needed a babycar seat.He brought it.Safe and secure.Next time I will call him again.

Nikos and his service absolutely blew us away — he’s a wonderful driver who knows his way around (even at nighttime we felt safe). He even waited for us a little extra because of our plane delay without extra charge! The vehicle is in amazing condition as well. 100/10 experience, would recommend if you’re going to Crete

The driver was so friendly, ready to explain us everything regarding our visit in Crete. They gave us softdrinks during the riding and the most important think was that they waited for us for two hours, because of our flight delay, without extra charge. We will come again for sure to drive with you again!! Thank you!!
