My airport to hotel transfer went well, except that the meeting point was not properly organised and it was thanks to the kind and professional airport assistance staff to help me make contact with my operator and escort me to the spot where he was waiting for me.
This was partly my fault because I had not given Viator my e-sim card number, only my home country number so that my operator could contact me. Also, if you don't know the e-sim number you will be using because you are booking in advance, that is an issue to consider how to manage.
