We had an amazing experience with this company, the organisation was impeccable, ensuring a seamless adventure. The hot air balloon ride was truly incredible, offering breathtaking views. Our pilot was not only skilled but she also made the journey extremely enjoyable, and the overall safety measures provided a sense of comfort. Highly satisfied with the entire experience!

Our hotel arranged the tour for us and it was wonderful. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the launch site with other guests. Once there we were given a light snack before boarding the balloon. There were 28 people onboard and our pilot Meltem did a wonderful job getting everyone in place, harnessed, and briefed on what to expect, and she did it in three languages.

We launched and weaved over and through several rock formations before ascending to about 800 meters above the ground for some amazing views of Cappadocia. It was a bucket list item for my wife and Meltem and Turca definitely delivered.

We highly recommend this experience to anyone. Thank you Meltem and her crew. Fantastic job!

The hot air balloon ride was really a surreal experience. Our pilot’s name was Meltem and she was amazing! I definitely recommend booking with this company and hopefully you will have Meltem as your pilot as well because she definitely makes the experience that much more special.

Our driver was a super skillful pilot. He navigated us over the mountain and we had amazing views. He even landed directly in our trailer.

An unforgettable and indescribable experience both for the thrill of the flight and the panorama that can be admired while dancing between the tips of the fairy chimneys.
The pilot never explained the panorama or even the maneuvers, but the ridiculous thing was that they prepared our balloon AFTER all the other balloons had already flown, the feeling was of total improvisation, as if they had managed a overbooking.
We witnessed the dance of all these balloons rising while we remained on the ground and we didn't understand why there wasn't a balloon for us.
Given our complaints, they subsequently set up a balloon on which we flew, but in doing so we lost part of the magic, that of getting up together with dozens and dozens of balloons simultaneously, as we left at least 30 minutes after the others.
Due to their improvisation and lack of communication I do not feel like recommending the Turkish Balloon organization, the flight yes, it is truly exciting

Group of 11 (7 adults, 4 kids aged 6-10)

Took off before sunrise(important, around 30% didn’t take off until after sunrise ) Take off and landing was very smooth - pilot literally landed at a back of a trailer. Talk about precision!

Ground crew was helpful with boarding/disembark by bringing ladders (not all companies do this)

Our Pilot, Abdullah was very skilled. 14 yrs experience in Cappadocia.

We could hear him communicating using walkie talkie with other balloons nearby, I assume for safety reason.

Flight lasted about 1hr. First leg we went up to 6000ft for 20minutes for the sunrise. Then we went very low elevation inside few valleys with breathtaking views.

Videos and photos taken onboard by crew 360 camera were available for purchase (50USD) at the end of the flight

Crews were very professional and kind. At the end, they were not asking for tip but we gave some anyways cause they were really helpful.

Safety is concern with Hot Air Balloon. Some other balloon companies don’t provide harness or padded basket. This one does, and the instruments/ basket looks well maintained (some others look older/shabby).

This was not the cheapest service but the small (20-30usd) difference was definitely worth it.

Only complain was the transport driver not very friendly, barely speak any English.

Would recommend this service to others!

Included: Pick up from hotel, Snack bag(water, bread, juice, wet tissue), Non-alcoholic champagne, flight certificate.

According to pilot, at any given day, around 100 balloons are on air with around 27 companies operating.
Price is very expensive. One tip is to book a day before (rather than in advance) to get some discount. I guess the operators need to fill the basket.

We booked a day before for a group of 11 plus another 5 on the next day(another company, not as good)

We chose this flight company at the last minute after our guide had offered us a hot air balloon ride in an area other than Goreme. We booked with high expectations and at a very good price! Luckily all our hopes came true!
It was a fantastic experience and my whole family was thrilled!
The pilot and his assistants were very good. ALL PERFECT! I definitely recommend!
