If you only have one day in the Merida area this is the tour to take. You see the Pueblo Magico of Izamal where you can climb the ruins and see a fantastic view and tour the church and city plaza. There are two cenotes that you visit for a refreshing dip- one is underground and the second is very lush. So relaxing and fun at the same time. After a delicious lunch at a local restaurant where they make the tortillas in front of you we went to Chichen Itza'. Amazing! It is larger than life and truly awesome. be careful in the hot months as it can get almost too hot with the humididy.
Manual was the tour guide and he was super knowledgeable and friendly and obviously had a big interest in the culture of the area.

The places are absolutely beautiful, it was a very hot day but we enjoyed every minute.
Chichen Itzá it an unbelievable place, the Cenote is very beautiful and refreshing and Izamal is a gorgeous place.
Manuel our guide was absolutely Brilliant, polite, Kind and his knowledge about history it was just amazing.
