Excellent service. My wife and I needed transport from our accommodation to Montego Bay airport: the booking was simple and confirmation immediate, and the cost very reasonable. Received a call to confirm everything a couple of hours before the booked time, and the transport arrived promptly. Margaret, the driver, was polite and pleasant, and the trip was completed efficiently. All in all, wouldn’t hesitate in using this company’s service again.

After a 2 hour ordeal getting through Jamaican Customs and Immigration, we arrived at the Best Jamaica desk. We were kindly greeted and paid our fare. They took our suitcases out to the waiting van. Our child seat we requested was in the van already, so that was a positive. We were driven off the airport where they switched drivers (didn't understand that, but no big deal in the end.) The drive to the hotel was nice, some small talk with the driver. Our return trip was good, he was on time and very friendly. Would highly recommend using them.

They were outside once I cleared customs so there was no extra waiting. My name was misspelled on the card but it was an enjoyable ride. I ordered round trip and the driver was at the resort before my departure so when I walked up a few minutes early there was no waiting. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely do it all again.
