Booked experience and received confirmation notices but on the scheduled day nobody arrived to lead the tour. Business was closed for renovations although a posted sign indicated that tours were still being led but nobody showed up. Very disappointed. Refund as provided promptly.

We had a blast riding the e-bikes around Mount Royal. Would have been a heck of a walk otherwise! David, our guide was super friendly and informative about the sites seen through the park and in the city. We had a bit of a hiccup initially when no one arrived at the meeting point at 10:30 as planned. But we reached out to the tour operator and they were quick to respond and reschedule us for 11:30 due to some unforeseen issues on their part. We went back and met in their building space which is being refurbished. Sadly, the other guests didn’t return, but lucky for us we got a private tour, and the weather ended up being beautiful. Great experience and we’re thankful it worked out. Would recommend. Ask for David. Cheers.

This ride was beautiful and exhilarating, the highlight of our trip to Montreal. Several people in our group had never ridden e-bikes before but it was not an issue - Dayvid's instruction and supervision ensured we were safe and having a great time. If you are looking for an outdoor activity in Montreal I cannot recommend this enough - the length of time is perfect and you are rewarded with the most incredible views along the trail and at the top of the mountain. DRESS WARMLY - especially your hands, feet, and face. Dayvid, you rock!

David made the experience super fun with all of his history knowledge of the area and let us stop to take pictures whenever we wanted. With it having just snowed, he was also very attentive and made sure we were always being safe.

Dave was amazing! I had such a great time riding around Montreal with him. The bikes were super comfortable and you really don’t have to pedal much, if you don’t want to. It was a perfect tour, with a perfect guide, who gives you great insights about the city and restaurant recommendations. Thanks a lot Dave! Recommending this tour to everyone!

The experience was quite good and the views were splendid. The guide was very nice. Also trying out the fat bike was a good time.
My main criticisms is that the day was very cold and you had to bring your own hand and foot warmers. I think maybe the guide having a few extras just in case would help out on such days.
