An unforgettable experience, but...... be very careful!!!!!!!
My girlfriend and I were looking for a water activity, and we decided to go snorkeling. We asked the hotel where we were staying, and they recommended this place to us. Here it started to sound strange, the first day he told us that it cost 35 JOD each without a boat trip and 45 JOD with it. The next day I asked for more information and they told us that we could snorkel, take the 4-5 hour boat trip, with food included for 35 JOD each, and that was it, even though I insisted if there were other activities and prices. .
After thinking about it and comparing prices with other places we decided to go, and we paid at the hotel. They picked us up, took us to the diving center, and from there to the boat. When we boarded, a man, who seemed to be the boss of the company, introduced himself to us very kindly and recommended that we do diving, since it would seem easier since we didn't have to worry about breathing and we were going with a monitor, and since we were going to lose that opportunity. In the end, the three couples that were going decided to try diving.
The day was great, without incidents, the food was delicious and the diving experience was phenomenal, which was about 5-10 minutes. My girlfriend and I did a dive, although she had to leave because she didn't control the pressure in her ears well. After this, we picked up and were taken to the port and from there to the diving center.
To our surprise, when we arrived they told us that for each dive we had to pay 60 JOD (approximately €80), and that they were giving us a discount, which normally charges 80 JOD (approximately €110). The Dutch student couple and we were shocked. We knew that diving was expensive, but it seemed excessive to us, the normal price is around €50-60, and for that price you can do several dives and give 2-3 hour courses dedicated exclusively to diving, something more consistent with what it says. in his web page.
After an argument with the head of the business, we ended up paying for my dive since my girlfriend couldn't dive (she also wanted to charge us at first) and the Dutch couple argued with this man and with those from his hotel, since they didn't even At no time did they tell us that we had to pay an extra per dive and on their website the price they report is €109 per person, which includes the boat trip, drinks and food and two dives, nothing like the €130 In total they wanted to charge each of us for a single 10 min dive.
In the end we had a bittersweet experience and left feeling like we were a fraud for tourists, and that they took advantage of you.

Beautiful snorkeling experience! Thanks especially to our guide Ahmad who took us to various spots to see the reef. He is an expert boy and always available for every request.

Really professional setup. The flippers and snorkeling gear was very good. The snorkeling tour guide was really patient and if any issues in the group, he would help them. The shipwreck was amazing and the Japanese garden had a range of fish.

We have booked a number of dive packages in various countries, but the tour with Hammerhead clearly stood out in every aspect. The team is just great, very experienced and accommodating. Everything including the boat, equipment and on-board service is top-notch. Highly recommend diving with them!

Did my first boat dive thru Mahmoud from Aqaba hammerhead dive center. Great instructor, friendly, ensures safety and ensures everything is being taken care of. Thank you for overcoming my fear to dive! Would definitely go back to him for the next dive

Came in with family 3 certified divers and one Snorkler. Service was amazing from the first moment. They adressed all the admin they day before we started. Equipment was very well maintainted. The dived were incredible with an phenomenal guide who really made the difference. We ended up doing 3 full days of boat diving more then we thought. The price proved to be great value for money. Will come back again for sure

It has been almost one month since we took a try-dive and snorkeling trip with Hammerhead. It was an amazing experience. We took our first dive ever with Thaer and felt completely safe during the entire experience. I would recommend this company to everyone. You will have a great experience at an appropriate price. They will also take pictures of you. So you will get a nice souvenir to take home.
